WEEKLY WORKOUT
The goal of the weekly workouts is to engage in physical activity three times a week.  Workout sessions are one-hour long.  For effective results, members are asked to commit to at least 30 minutes of the one-hour session.

It is understood that members may have competing priorities which may prevent them from working out on a regular basis.  As a result, we ask that members join us for workouts when they can, provided that they commit to working out with the group a minimum of one time per month.  Additionally, it is recommended that members workout as soon as possible after joining the group since this will enable you to start working on your fitness goals sooner rather than later.

We meet three times a week (see schedule below). Outdoor walking and stair climbing will continue as long as the weather permits. However, during winter months, walking and stair climbing will be replaced with indoor activities where members will be given an opportunity to take activity classes (i.e. salsa, boxercise, yoga, roller skating, ice skating etc) together. Winter outdoor activities will include skiing.

Workouts take place in the West Los Angeles area (Culver city, Santa monica, Venice) and  in Manhattan Beach. Once you become a member, you will have access to the calendar which will provide all the details of the workout schedule.

At this time, the workout schedule is set. As the group grows and the needs of members require different days, the workout schedule will be assessed/evaluated.


      *Please note that there is a cost for some activities and interested members will be responsible for such cost.
